Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 0–2 years of experience to craft intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. If you have a passion for solving design challenges, creating seamless user journeys, and transforming ideas into impactful interfaces, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design web and mobile applications that are both aesthetically appealing and highly functional. You'll play a key role in improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction while contributing to products used by real users.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions. Develop consistent design systems, UI components, and style guides. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Improve user experience through usability testing and iterative design. Design responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Maintain brand consistency across digital products and marketing assets. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

0–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design. Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping. Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles. Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design concepts. Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend design limitations is an advantage. Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to receive feedback and continuously improve design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing web, mobile, or product design projects. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus. Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility (WCAG), and modern design trends will be considered an added advantage.
