Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 0–1 year of experience who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role is perfect for developers who enjoy working across both frontend and backend technologies while solving real-world business challenges. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be involved in the complete software development lifecycle-from designing responsive user interfaces to developing secure backend services, integrating APIs, managing databases, and deploying applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable application architecture. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform designs into interactive user experiences. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the application stack. Work with SQL or NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement processes. Stay updated with emerging web technologies and development frameworks.

Required Skills

0–1 year of experience in Full Stack Web Development. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks. Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for backend development. Understanding of REST APIs and API integration. Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security concepts. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Internship or professional experience in web application development. Portfolio, GitHub profile, or live projects demonstrating full stack development skills. Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
